I founded AYE because I saw how mid-sized companies get stuck between two extremes: too large for improvised one-off solutions, too small for major transformation programmes. I want to close that gap.
My approach is practice-oriented. I start with what is actually happening — which workflows consume time every day, where data exists but is not being used, where a structured intervention brings real relief. Technology is the means, not the goal.
Today, I work deliberately in small, robust steps: clarify the bottleneck, automate one process reliably, then expand in a targeted way. This builds in-house capability instead of long-term external dependency. That is what pragmatic AI work for mid-sized companies means to me.
